GRI A Graduate Realtor Institute designation is the real estate industry hallmark. Only Realtors who successfully complete more than 90 hours of comprehensive training can be called a GRI. These agents are considered the elite of the business.

Texas Real Estate Agents have a professional license to help people buy, sell, and rent real estate. A Realtor® is a licensed real estate agent or broker (or other real estate professional) who is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Members must comply with NAR’s strict Code of Ethics.

RSPS, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.

TRLP, Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, is designed to meet the needs of REALTORS® and to provide an innovative leadership program for selected participants who transform the power of knowledge into volunteer service. Its core values include: community, service, integrity, and commitment.

Parrot Head, basically for me it means beach parties with a purpose. Local clubs engage in activities that are charitable, educational and that promote the general welfare of the community. We have two active local clubs that interact regularly. Port Heads of Port Aransas and Padre Island Parrot Head Club of Corpus Christi.

Ordained Dudeist Minister, I can preside over a wedding, funeral, or any kind of celebration with pride and authority. It’s the most easygoing religion in the world. There are currently around 600,000 Dudeist Priests worldwide.
